Remote sensing missions are conventionally executed by satellite-onboard telescopes with extraordinarily high reliability, on huge satellites. On the other hand, many missions by small satellites have recently been developed and operated all over the world. This paper gives a concept and some key technical points of a remote sensing mission using ultra-small satellites. Since the proposed sensor has rich system extensibility in its focal plane package, the sensor system covers a wide range of remote sensing missions.
